Phoned up, promised next day, paid for next day. Did not arrive!! Needed urgetnly and I was left embarrassed as stiff ordered for party games. All I got back was my delivery payment!!! not great service at all.

Would never order from here again. Ordered two items as Christmas presents. Both arrived battered and completely unsuitable to give as a gift as it looks like they've been sat on. As there's no time now to order before Christmas this has put me out of pocket buying something else. Would never order from here again. One is bad luck.....but both arrived looking so beaten up?? Bad form.

Received wrong item. Prezzybox told me the item was then out of stock but promised they would call me to let me know when the next batch would arrive and whether it would be in time for Christmas. Nobody ever called me back. I had to call them. Obviously the item was out of stock so I didnt get it in time for Christmas!

Awful packing on expensive gifts. I'm supposed to hearing from Richard Bradley in customer services. But I won't hold my breathe. Once ordered and paid for immediately, the box came and it was not even packed. Cardboard box was opened. Not happy

I did not realise that the item was a D.I.Y bundle of cardboard to be glued together to make this into a projector since the picture showed it as a ready to use item may be I did not read the small print It will go out with the used xmas wrapping material far too much of a bind for me to work things out. That is the first and last time I will do a lucky dip on a butter wrapper!!!

Hi Annie, We are very sorry for the delay in your item getting to you. We have tracked it on our system and it has now been processed at depot. It appears that there was an issue with the postcode before. It should be with you in the next few days. Again our apologies.

Still waiting my order that was supposedly delivered on the 12th dec and "posted" through my letterbox. Pacel to big for that! And no reply to my complaint still! I want my money back asap Mrs forrest

I have been asked to give feedback on something that I still have not received!!! I ordered this in plenty of time for Christmas and it is now too late (unless it arrives within the next hour). We had out Christmas yesterday due to family commitments. I have checked the tracking several times and I do not even understand it, it goes to a courier, then it is @ receipt, then courier and so on. Not impressed at all.

Not impressed with Prezzybox at all. I ordered 2 items at the end of november. I still hadnt received the items by the 14th of December so tracked my items and it said they were delayed due to bad weather. I emailed prezzybox and they said they would send out a replacement order. I received the replacement order but it only had one of the items I ordered. I checked the tracker and it said that one item had been delivered but there is no mention of the other item even though it had the same order ID. So I am unable to track it, it seems like it has been forgotten about. Have emailed prezzybox twice and have not got an answer. Was hoping to get this in plenty time for Christmas as it is for family who is visiting before christmas. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed with the customer service I have received from prezzybox. I ordered my 2 year old nephew the personalised pepper pig book for Christmas which included a personal message from me. When I recieved my order there were 2 spelling mistakes within my personal message and my surname had not been spelt correctly on the packaging. When I emailed prezzybox to advise of this and request another book I was told they would not replace my book free of charge and instead told me I would have to pay for the product again plus delivery. With Christmas being less than a week away to me this was not an acceptable resolution, but prezzybox have refused to help me in anyway. I would not recommend ordering anything from this website, nor will I be using their services again.

I am extremely disappointed I ordered a Christmas gift nearly 3 weeks ago. It was apparently dispatched on Monday but there is no sign of it and when I rang on Thursday I was told someone would deal with it and ring me back, neither of which has happened. I am still waiting on my gift and will be expecting a full refund.

I ordered some funny presents for my friends but I was very disappointed with the condition they arrived in. The parcel itself was very much squashed as was all the presents inside (as they were in boxes aswell). I will not be ordering from here again.

I paid for next day delivery on a Monday for a Secret Santa at work needed by Thursday. I still hadn't received the product by Thursday and had to go and buy something else at the last minute. I still haven't received my item although it was apparently delivered to a neighbour on the Friday! Regardless of whether it was delivered or not, having paid for the next day delivery and having not received anything for a week, I'd expect a refund to be quickly issued. Having requested a refund, I still haven't received anything in my PayPal account. This was the first and last time I'll use you, very disappointed.

I ordered a self assembly kaleidoscope for my grandson after reading the excellent reviews. The only good thing was the very fast delivery. The item itself was a great disappointment unless you consider £10.90, including postage, to be good value for a couple of inner tubes from a toilet roll !!!!! Wouldn't waste any more money by paying to return it and would not recommend this item to anyone.
