I bought an engraved tanker for my dads 50th and most of the letters were missing and coming off and I've never washed it. I'm so disappointed

Was 5 days late, and when it arrived had only 1 of the set of 2 coasters I had ordered. Horrendous experience, customer service didn't call me back to update me.

Poor quality and damaged goods. Asked about sending me a new one out before this Friday as it's a wedding gift and they haven't even replied yet. Won't use again. Such a shame

very happy with the product but very disappointed with how poor service is! after 2 weeks of placing the order i still hadn't recieved the parcel, when i tracked my order it said they had attempted to deliever it three times yet nothing had been posted through the letter box to state this. i then had to contact prezzybox to chase up my order, they apologised without an explanation as to what happened and then it was delivered the next day. very unhappy and the worst service ive had ordering online.

I won a £5 voucher from Anchor Butter. I tried to order two items, one would be free and one I paid for. I was unable to do it and it said I had used the voucher code which I hadn't. I contacted customer service which set up a new code but I was unable to combine postage so I ended up just buying the one item and not bothering with my prize code. would not buy from you again. If it had not been for the Anchor win I would never of heard of you. I think this is ungracious.

Hello Penny Sue, Thank you for your message and we are sorry that you've had an issue using your voucher code. The only items we don't allow vouchers to be used on is 'sale items' (because we reduce them massively - sometimes up to 60% off RRP). However, we don't have a sale on at the moment so I don't think that will have affected things. Only one voucher can be used per order so that may have affected your order, but I can't think of anything else. Does this help Penny Sue? Please let me know. The delivery was slow! Although I paid more in order to have the parcel delivered in two days, it arrived late!

Hello Michelle, THank you for your message. Really sorry that your item did not arrive in time. Unfortunately standard delivery was selected as the delivery option. Did you select Express delivery (which is £5.95)? If so, it may be that there was a glitch on the website. If so, I apologise. I ordered a 'Memory Box' and the wooden lid has obviously been stuck back together after splitting. Part of the inner surface of the lid is therefore rough and looks very poor and the glue that was used has leaked through onto the outer surface of the box in a small area - making the stain that was obviously applied last to not 'soak' in as much as the rat of the lid causing a lighter patch of staining. I am really disappointed with this product and am hoping prezzybox will replace. However this will not save my embarrassment of having given this box to a friend whose Dad had died recently - it was only when it was fully removed from its packaging that the obvious manufacturing fault became obvious.

I ordered a present for delivery between 27 Novemer and 1 December, in what I thought was plenty of time for a significant birthday on 7 December. As yet (7 December), nothing has arrived. (As at 11 December I have received an email but no explanation for the problem and I ended up emailing the voucher I bought, to my friend for his 'surprise 60th birthday'. Making a mistake was one thing but the appalling lack of customer care with the repair was worse. I will never use this site again.) Not impressed and unless I get a really good explanation and apology and refund, that will be the first and last time I use this site. (11/12/15 - indeed, no explanation, barely an apology - so that was the first and last time I use that site). They have my money and I have embarrassment.

Still not received my order. Raised this issue, i.e. Order not being delivered, using the online 'contact us' service, and haven't received any response. Extremely poor service (well, NO service in fact). Whoever thought it would be a good idea to send me a request to review my order before actually sending me my order clearly has ambitions as a comedian.

Appalling. The package did not arrive and the complaints team have still not bothered to get back to me. The service is ridiculously poor, and demonstrates a clear lack of respect for all customers.

Ordered Thursday 26th november for delivery Tuesday 1st December. Still not received the gift that was meant as a present. Won't be ordering from you again. Very poor.
