I have waited almost two weeks for a gift I find it unacceptable that such a small package should take this long to deliver knowing my email said between the 12th and 17 of December and now it's the 18th I don't think I'll be getting anything else from this firm total let down!!!

I ordered a personalised mug for secret Santa, The delivery date was between the 12th - 17th of December, so when it got to the 14th i inquired as to where in the process my mug was as i hadn't had any contact about it. All i got in response was a unhelpful email back telling me the dispatch and delivery times and saying it was 'unlikely' to be delivered in time. I responded to this and got no reply. I then had to send another separate email asking again if it was likely to be shipped anytime soon, I then got a much more helpful response, and my item was shipped that day which was great. However when it arrived the writing did not match what I had typed in, I even checked it against my order confirmation just to be sure. So I would not recommend this site & will not be using in the future.

Well where do I start - I paid extra for next day delivery and after 3 days still had not received my goods. After several emails and telephone conversations I was told my parcel had been lost in transit ( parcel force was named carrier). I requested a refund and was advised it would be refunded within 3 days. A week later I am still waiting. Terrible service.

DO NOT USE! After placing an order of Christmas gifts 2 weeks ago I am yet to see the items. Apparently they were signed for by whom I do not know. Still waiting for a refund!

One of the items I had ordered turned up name on the book Daniel wilso. When it was meant to say Daniel Wilson. I would have accepted just Wilson if the full name couldn't fit but I wasn't contacted to ask what I would be happy with Regards Chris

Hello Chris, I'm really sorry about this, but the name that has been inputted onto the form Is Daniel Wilso (omitting the N) so we assumed that Wilso was the surname. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do now as the printer would charge us to reprint the book. However, by way of some compensation, here is a £5 gift voucher which can be used at some point in the future. Voucher Code: NOWQXPGWIZ I hope this goes some way towards softening the blow. Very bad delivery experience. You should use royal mail, ups or other distributor that writes at least a contact number, a name or hours that they tried to deliver. Maybe you should also hire more people to reply faster!!! Thanks to you I was almost losing my gift for Secret Santa!

Hello Francisco, Really sorry about this. We use Hermes who to be honest seem to be as good/bad as all the others. We'd love to hire more people, but it's a fine balancing act between having enough people to cope and the cost of employing them. I'm glad the item has now arrived. Arrived in plastic lunchbox style packaging within blue tissue paper which was ripped inside a cardboard box which was ripped open too. Not worth the price by some considerable distance. Won't be shopping here again.

It was annoying that the one order I made came in dribs and drabs. To top it off not all of it came. I spent quite abit of money and ordered in what I thought would be enough time before Christmas. The lack of communication was ridiculous. Shame but I don't think I will be shopping on this site again.

Hello Clarice, I'm really sorry that the order came in dribs and drabs. The main reason was that a number of the items were personalised and therefore came direct from the manufacturers. Honestly, do not buy from this site-pictures are very misleading and product I received was was very cheap looking and did not come as described. Having sought advice, Im entitled to a full refund but prezzybox have stopped replying to me. Extremely disappointed with this site. They are making it so, so hard for me to get my refund and i think they are treating me so unfairly. Please avoid buying from them in case you find yourself in a similar situation.

After placing my order I contacted them to see if I could expedite my shipping as I needed the item to arrive by a certain date. I was told not to worry as the item "should" be there in time. Of course, it did not arrive in time. Secondly, despite asking for a delivery and billing address, they managed to ignore the delivery address I specified and sent the item to my billing address instead. Useless. Use Amazon instead.

Very disappointed with this company. Had my parcels come and thrown over back gate in the pouring rain with no delivery slip left to inform me about parcels being there. The delivery driver also signed for the parcels himself as when I tracked my parcel it said had been signed for. Then when I complained I got no reply.

I have yet to receive my order. No-one is helping me as to where it is. I'm being told it has been delivers but it hasn't arrived. The customer service team haven't responded to me in a couple of days and I need my orde asap. So far not good service at all
