Prezzy box allows you to purchase and order your item even when it isn't in stock, thus changing your estimated delivery date and any plans you have made. Very disappointed with prezzy box and I still haven't recieved all my items

I am disgusted in your service as the estimated delivery was the 22nd-24th December however this got delivered on 29th December and was meant to be a Christmas gift for someone who I am not going to see for the next few months. And when I try to complain on your website it does not let me submit my complaint.

Part of my order didn't arrive, although was on the invoice and it wasn't until I contacted prezzybox I found out the item was no longer available

I ordered my item on the 16th of December with next day delivery, it's now the 31st and I still have not recieved my item. I have enailed customer service many times and they have been most unhelpful!! My tracking information wouldn't work so when I asked for help I got told to bring it up with the delivery company. I was happy to do that but without tracking information it was pretty impossible. I have requested a refund also, and was told I had to return the item to get a refund. Again I was happy to do this, but without my item how could I do this?! Overall your service has been shocking and because of this I had to go out and buy another Christmas gift. I will never ever use Prezzybox again and I will never recommend your website for anything but a complete shambles.

Problem with website, wrong information given on phone, order didn't arrive when it had been guaranteed it would, email address for contacting them didn't work, an inadequate offer of recompense, emails ignored. Shocking from start to finish.

Ordered a jelly belly candle in a jar and they sent me the tin and the invoice in the envelope sais it should be a jar but it was a tin. Rip off

Ordered on 1st December. Email delivery date was 2nd-4th December, stayed in for 3 days still no parcel. Phoned on 5th to be told they would send out with Royal Mail and refund postage. Still no parcel by 7th so after being told you would have to get in touch with delivery firm before you could resend I cancelled. Later that evening parcel arrived. There was one email telling me there was a problem and I could not track parcel. First time using prezzybox. Not a happy customer. My granddaughter gave me the link to your site. I could have got the same thing in my local Argos with no hassle.

After my money had been taken in a second the good were not available for over a month after, which meant nothing for my sons bday. But still have not recieved a refund. Not happy with the service at all

I ordered 3 items well in advance for Christmas. One arrived on it own then another. It's 23rd December and the other one hasn't arrived. 2 of the 3 items were the same. Poor service

It was stated that the item purchased would arrive between 17-21 December. As yet (midday 23rd Dec) the item has not arrived and you can imagine I'm getting nervous it wont arrive before 25th.

I've ordered twice from this site. Once a year ago and the other a few days ago... Both items have come damaged. Too damaged to give as a present.

I didnt get my product, i had to call and ask where it was to be told its been lost by corrier n they had no more in stock. It was an xmas present! Still havent recieved refund
