Rubbish, called because of rubbish quality and they never called me back. Last year they messed up as well but I just gave them another chance and again the messed it up. Don't order from here!

Susbstandard goods, had to pay to return items which were of poor quality. Would not use this site again.

I haven't recived my order as yet and did not get an e-mail confirmation so I dont have a tracking number to find out where my order is. The only corespondent from Prezzy box is this review e-mail

The chocolate was very much smaller than it looked on the web site, it was poorly packaged and arrived broken, so much so that I couldn't give it as a present to my wife as was intended.. extremely dissapointed

Few weeks back i tried to purchase a gift from your company but the request was cancled because you don't deliver to my area. And what made me disappointed that my money was not refunded and when i mailed your sales department i didn't recive a clear answer and i got ignored. Hope my review helps you.

Good Afternoon Mohammed, Thank you for your feedback. We have messaged you on several occasions to give you further information regarding your order. Your money was not taken by ourselves as we do not process international orders. It is preauthorised by your bank. Depending on the bank, preauthorised money can take anywhere up to 2 weeks to show in your available balance again. Hope this helps,

I order this item coming up to two weeks. I paid £4 for deliver and so far it still has not be delivered to me. This is the first time I have used this site and so far I have not had a good experience.

Ordered Item. Money was taken out of my account. 2 weeks later and the item had not arrived. Called PrezzyBox and was told that someone would call me back. Didn't. Called a few days later, and was told someone would email me. Didn't. Called back a third time to be told that the item was not available (despite the money having been taken from my account). Asked for a refund. Won't be back.

I didn't even get my order to write a review about it. I was very excited when i ordered it but it turned out a total disappointment. I talked to one of their customer services but they told me they will send a replacement for my order but it was birthday gift. So it was meaningless to ask for a replacement. I think they should change their delivery company. They have really nice gift choices but if you don't get them on time it is nonsense to order from them

Unfortunately, I am very dissapointed. I purchased 2 puzzles (2 different postcodes) for Xmas gifts. I received both together and there is no way of knowing which one is which. As they are gifts I do not know the area well enough to identify from the puzzle. I expected them to be labelled to be able to tell them apart. I don't know which puzzle to give to which person. There is no street names on the puzzle nor does it show where the house is. The image is not very good (blurred) and the puzzle is much smaller than I expected. I do not feel the quality/product were worth in total £60. Very dissapointed.

I ordered my item on 01/11/2015 and it still has not been delivered 12 days after the day it was due to arrive. I have had no email, mail and telephone confirmation that a delivery has been attempted.

I ordered a personalised cheeseboard from yourselves, it turned up with me and Mrs on it for my gay uncle and his partner I think it's disgusting how you could be so presumptive!! On top of this I then emailed yourselves in relation to this incident and no reply to my email!! If a product isn't fit for purpose I'm intiltiled to a refund! Please get back to immediately on this matter!!

Our team did send a reply to your email on 09/11, stating that these particular items come with a standard title of 'Mr & Mrs' but that we are, of course, able to make alternative personalisation arrangements if contacted prior to placing the order so that we can make our suppliers aware. I ordered a rocking horse for my grandson's first birthday. It showed as in stock, so I ordered, got confirmation and paid. Only when it didn't arrive 3 days later and i queried it I am told they dont have stock after all and not getting any more in. Not happy!

Stay away, this is not as it looks on screen. The monogrammed jewellery box was much poorer quality than it appeared on prezzybox. The wood has a green tinge to it and the drawers are poor quality and don't fit snugly so they move around left to right. Unfortunately this is a personalised item otherwise I would be returning it right away. Bought as a gift and was embarrassed to give it. Avoid!
