My order was due to be delivered between 16.09.15 - 21.09.15 and it has still not arrived. No one has come back to me to tell me when the order is going to be delivered.

Poor, the box came with red stains on it, and for me being in a rush for it being a present had to sand it off myself hated it. Just couldn't be bothered with the hassle and will not order again

my nieces birthday is tomorrow and still have not received her gift. wont use again i was advised delivery would b 3-7th sepy really not happy on this. moew i have to turn up at hher 21st with no gift!

No reply to my email asking would the parcel give the senders name. The book arrived damaged and although it wished a Happy 60th Birthday it used the date of birth as 01/09/65 instead of 01/09/55.This means that the whole book was incorrect!!! This present was for my sister who lives some distance away from me so she is going to send photos of the damaged goods.I have also left a message for prezzy box to call me.

I paid for a Saturday weekend dlivery and it was delivered on the Monday weekday :-( no- one called to say but still took the weeknd delivery charge from my account.

Very poor product for the amount of money. Cheap and cheerful A bit of cardboard a bit of triple cardboard for cat to scratch a stick on screen I doubt if this would cost more than 3 pounds to make so to sell at 19.99 each A very poor product for your company to sell. A rip off for the price I will not be using your company again. And will advise others the same As I said very disappointed in a very poor product. Regards Colin jeffery

One of my two confirmed orders was given 26th to 28th august to be delivered. I still havn't received notification of despatch. Person notified to stay at home for acceptance of order, which never came..very irritating The web site for ordering wasn't user-friendly, and I ended up having to make a 20 minute international call instead. Not all the sizes of the pizzas were given. When there was a choice of 7 or 10 inch, there was no option box to select the size. Six flavours were available, but not for each pizza. And not clear which flavours were for which pizza. Delivery times were not clear…the two sources for pizzas made this impossible. Two lots of delivery charges were made because I couldn't risk the pizzas (for the birthday ) being late, whereas it was less important were the gifts to arrive late..which proved to be the case. Twins got their presents in one box..instead of them having their own (same address). Parcel sent from Asia arrived quicker, and on time, sent by normal post. Personalised books: on-line order wouldn't go through without a message being written on the inside fly leaf…I hadn't wanted a messsage. I chose someting to say and submitted it, but on checking the order prior to sending it, decided to change the message. this couldn't be done..I had to make a second order with the new message and then delete the first one. I didn't want name, nickname, surname..I just wanted (elegant?) initials..which, fortunately, the order accepted. Questions I asked (for clarifiation) via email wern't answered..the emails were answered, but the questions not satisfied. I'm waiting to find out what the pizzas were like (the birthday is 31st Aug..a public holiday), and the quality of the books, but the ideas on the web site were good, unusual, fun, and I think it's a shame the ordering on-line isn't more user-friendly. And that the questions I asked via email met with the suggestion of me phoning them. Thus a very frustrating, inconvenient and expensive order which didn't meet promised delivery times and with two items still outstanding. Thus, the internet site and service I would rate "poor", but the items ordered could prove to be "excellent". Incidently, it's rather irritating to spend time writing this review (in the hope that improvements can be made) to be then expected to agree to your terms and conditions. I'm doing you the favour here..I can't see there's anything in it for me!

I ordered my gift over 2 weeks ago, never received it despite persistent messaging to the company! I left a review and finally someone contacted me after that i heard nothing! I was told a letter was posted through my letter box, it was not! I was in all week and basically accused of lying after telling them I had not received it! I don't appreciate paying that amount of money, not getting the gift and not being refunded! It ruined a birthday present for my other half! I will not be shopping with this company again and I will not recommend them to anyone! I have contact them a couple of time since with no avail amount a refund!

Still have not received my order and have been asked to write a review. I was told it was due for delivery between 12th and 14th August. My daughters 21st was the 15th and so she hasn't had her gift on time. It's now the 19th!!!

I ordered a chocolate pizza weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived - way too late for my brothers birthday be warned if you're buying a present for someone they might be disappointed!

On rare occasions Royal Mail do not leave a card. It might be waiting at your sorting office and they will be able to let you know if you contact them whether a parcel is waiting. Painfully bad !. My gift arrived without any indication of who sent it. I had ordered the personalised gin and all it had on it was my friend's name on the front whilst on the site it showed a 'lots of love from xxx' . There was a large name on the back - Christopher which really confused my friend. I would not recommend this product or company. I was VERY disappointed for my friend.
