I have no way of contacting Prezzy Box regarding my order. The order was placed on the 10th June and money has been taken from my account. I have not received a confirmation email from them with my order number so am unable to contact them. I will be taking legal action against them if I cannot contact them. This is the only way I feel able to do so!!

I arranged for a Father's day present to be sent to my parent's house. They were at work when they tried to deliver it. No effort was made to contact me or to try to deliver to a neighbour. The parcel has now been sent back to the depot of the delivery company to be returned to sender. I sent a message to prezzybox about this last week and have had no response. So now I have paid for a product which I have not received and I am very disappointed that I haven't even had any response to my message.

Looking into this further, it appears that the email address we have been provided with your order is different to the email you have used to place a review here, which could be why you haven't received our responses. Allowed me to order for Next day delivery etc, then later informed that item was out of stock for the next 4 months! Very poor. My father didn't have a father's day present because of this website!

Personalised golf balls were very poorly made. Was just a sticker that had been stuck (very badly with creases!) on a cheap golf ball. Not worth the money at all

Very poor customer service! I find the website misleading. I wanted a certain product - there were three options under the picture of the item I wanted, so I clicked the personalised option & have received a different item as they advertise different things under one picture. When you click a different option it doesn't change the picture. With 6 lines to use to personalise, I think it is obvious I'm writing 'Happy Father's Day' but the 'Day' is in different italics down with the 'Love [name]'! Unhappy they have not replied after I sent an email 9 days ago. Will not be using them again.

I had to order over the phone due to the website crashing repeatedly and although I was GUARANTEED that my presents would arrive in time for my mum's birthday (predicted delivery date 9/06/16-11/06/15) it is now the 13th of June the day OF my mum's birthday and her gifts have not arrived. For the Customer service I received I also give 1 star as I was treated like a second rate citizen by the email team. Absolutely livid and come Monday I will be making an official complaint.
