After a wonderful site to shop online with super and unusual gifts I placed my order, my PayPal payment went through etc. I then the day after received an email stating that you donot deliver internationally! Ireland from UK, international!? The young lady dealt with my refund promptly and professionally and she is in no way at fault but in this day and age that you donot deliver to Ireland is crazy! Hence my poor review!

Ordered a present for a birthday with estimated arrival of the 4th-6th and was not even dispatched until the 11th, completely unacceptable.

I placed an order with prezzybox nearly 2 weeks ago, which was a birthday present! Still not received it, birthday on 12/08 it is now 11/08 and still waiting for an explanation from prezzybox as to where my order is? Probably won't use them again as the customer service is poor.

I have been online shopping for many years now, but this is the first time I have purchased from Prezzybox and it will be the LAST. The worst online shopping experience I have ever had, no exaggeration. I had placed an order for two items which I paid an extra £5.95 for next day delivery. All seemed to be fine until my order did not arrive on the specified day, it did not arrive the day after that so I then emailed the company explaining it was a birthday present which hadn't arrived, several hours later I received a response with poorly written communication telling me half of my order was out of stock and that half had just been sent as. It was explained that I should have received an email telling me when I placed my order that half of it was out of stock and would not be back in stock until the next month. I did not recieve that email. I was not offered a refund on my next day delivery which I said £5.95 and did not recieve. It took a further 4 email communications before I was finally given a refund for that. The standard of communication is very poor along with the services. Extremely disappointed, have passed on my bad experiences to my friends and family and told them to AVOID this website. Prezzybox - disaster.

I received a vodka and red bull glass set without the red bull and it was poorly packaged!!! Will not be ordering again!

Ordered present and followed all instructions but have not received gift and I ordered it on the 9 july and I'm still waiting and it's now 19 July. Very bad service

What was sent was like a free gift from a comic and not having any kind of wow factor at all. It certainly didnt match the hyped description. My wife threw it away!!

Poor quality products, expected far better for the price I paid. Packaging was appalling and customer service were unhelpful in resolving an issue. I'm never returning again for sure. Must be making a habit of driving away customers as 2 of my friends have had similar complaints.

I ordered a personalised cup and saucer for her 8th birthday. I received the cup and sadly some of 'birthday' was missing. I emailed prezzybox to tell them and their reply was short and blunt. They said that the top line would only hold 12 characters. However, when I entered the text I wasn't notified I had gone over the limit. This is so mis leading! ! This is my first and last time I use prezzybox. I have been left with a gift that isn't as it should be. I will use moonpig.com from now on!
