The items I received look different to the image and are very poor quality and much smaller than expected. Not worth the money, even with £5 off.

I placed an order on 29/10/15 which was due for delivery between 3rd and 5th November. It's now 8th November and parcel still not arrived. Sent an email enquiring about this and had a poor reply so asked for a refund and as of yet had no reply. Absolutely appalling service.

Order placed 29th October. Confirmation email stated delivery would take place between 31st and 3rd November. Checked the order tracker on Thursday 5th and it was showing as customer signed for on the 31st October. I was in all day and didn't hear any deliveries so no idea what has happened to my order, not impressed!

its been over a week and i still havnt recieved my parcel rung your office answer machine telling me you are open 8 to 5 ,doesnt tell me if you are open at weekends.sent you 2 email and you havnt replied back.

I ordered an item as a birthday present which should have been delivered before her birthday, it didn't. We rang the day after it was meant to be delivered and the person we spoke to said that the tracking information for it had just stopped. They informed us that a replacement had been sent out earlier in the day and that they would ring back us the next day to confirm when it would be delivered. The next day we didn't receive any call so we had to call ourselves, she said she would check and then ring back. I missed the call but got a voicemail to say that the package was now out of stock and they wouldn't be getting anymore in, which is brilliant because it was her birthday on that day! Overall your customer service is diabolical, fair enough if the package in the first place got lost in the mail as that isn't your fault. What I do question however is why if you knew about it you didn't contact us to tell us this? We were also told that another had been shipped to then be told you didn't have any. What kind of clowns do you have working here, I know there could be some kind of miscommunication but they must be some kind of idiots to do that. I could go on and on but nothing will come of this so it's just a waste of time, extremely poor service, will never ever order from you again.

Broken item delivered! And the broken bit of wood was under the bubble wrap so it was broken before they packed it! Awful and stil waiting to hear off them

The butterfly trinket was nice but the engraved badge on the front was stuck on crooked so looked really poor. Didn't have time to send back so managed to restock it but did bend the plate so was kinked. Really disappointed.

Misdescribed item, very poor quality, extremely disappointed, never again. Contacted customer service to be fobbed off! 100% satisfaction guarantee is a joke!

Ordered branded item as a birthday present, delivery driver managed to deliver it to the wrong address and when opened it turned out to be an imitation / non branded product. Refund was arranged but sadly birthday was missed. Would not use again.

Wasn't impressed with the framed picture of special day news paper as most of its advertising :( ..and still haven't received the personalised champagne and I need it asap... felt i had ordered it in time to arrive for the special day ..So bit over rated I'm afraid and expensive into the bargain

Ordered an item for my first anniversary on the 20th September, anniversary was on the 27th. 48 hours dispatch. Anniversary came and went. Tried to call customer services but either too busy or closed. Tried Twitter and made better progress. Now the 30th September and still no item. Been told it was sent but delivery man may not have left a card. Checked with post office and no deliveries waiting collection. Maybe they are doing all they can but it's taking a bloody long time. Could be a one off as I haven't checked any other reviews but they sent me the link today 30th September to post a review and as off today the service has been very poor as I haven't got my present!!!!!

My presents were dumped over the gate to my house in the pouring rain. I complained to Prezzybox and showed them pictures of the box, and they did not nothing to help. Very disappointed and won't shop here again.
