Despite placing my order on the 15th Dec I'm still waiting on my item. Money has been debited from my account, and I've sent 2 emails asking for an update with no reply!!

I still haven't received my item, despite the website saying delivery between 24th-29th. I know Christmas is a busy time, but it is now 6th Jan and nothing. I sent 2 emails to support, received a one sentence reply yesterday saying 'Has it arrived yet' I immediately replied and said no. I have had no reply since. I was not expecting miracles and have this in time for Christmas as we ordered it too late, but all I wanted was an update and an ETA.

Despite making an order on the 17th December, the order (which was a Christmas present) has only just been dispatched. Thoroughly unimpressed.

Absolutely awful! The lack of customer service is farcical. I placed my order and recieved confirmation with delivery dates. These dates came and went, so I emailed them to query where my order was. I received no response for 3 days, so I emailed them again. 3 days later, still no response. So I called them and they explained they had to contact the manufacturer but would get back to me. 24 hours later and still no response. So I called them again and I was informed the item I ordered hadn't even been produced yet (it was a personalised item)! I am now having to wait a further 3/4 days to receive my order, let's see if this goes to plan. Would not recommend this company!

Paid extra for delivery by the next Saturday, it actually arrived the following Thursday

Thought everything was great and really happy with the products but emailed 28th December (7days ago) as one of the presents I bought is not working and still haven't had a reply so had to spend extra money buying another present! Thanks for wasting my money prezzybox!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I paid extra for postage to ensure it was delivered 3 days prior to the date I needed it. I hadn't received it the day before and upon calling was told I had to wait till 9pm because that was when the postage company was open till. I waited till 4.30pm before calling again and telling them I needed them to contact the postage service as I could had tried and could not do it directly it had to go through them. The lady I spoke to took my details and promised she would call me back. I waited an hour before attempting again to find out the office was closed. I then had to spend my Friday night running around trying to find the items I ordered through this company in Westfields throughout London. The package arrived, after the event had taken place and the items no longer of use. I have tried emailing at calling to ask for a refund and no one ever gets back to me or talks to me.

This is a joke! We paid and have yet to receive our Christmas presents! I have left emails, the phone is constantly engaged and i have yet to hear from anyone,..We are hoping that the items my 11 year old carefully chose for us all will still make it to our house but I will never use you again. My parcel is still yet to arrive, 3 weeks after the expected arrival date. Customer service have not even bothered to respond to my emails. Would definitely not recommend using this website as it is a total waste of money.

I ordered an item before Christmas and I'm still waiting on delivery. I e mailed Customer Services asking why I haven't received it and to date I said haven't had an answer or received the item

I still haven't received my daughter's Xmas presents and it's now Jan 3rd.... Hermes Couriers are totally useless and very rude! Unless they change courier company, I won't be able to use this company again.... simply unreliable delivery couriers who don't care and think they are doing you a favour doing something you have already paid good money for.... I was very disappointed with this service. I ordered my products and received an email to confirm my address and when the products would arrive. It was getting near to Christmas and I had heard nothing so as the products I was purchasing were for presents I emailed prezzybox to see why I had not yet recieved any other emails. They replied that they don't deliver to Ireland even though you can select any country when entering your address. I emailed back to ask why was this option available and why was I given a date for my products to be delivered and I was ignored. Also when I entered my order number it said processing. I would not recommend this company.

Item has still not arrived (more than week late now) even though paid extra for early delivery. Very difficult to get response from customer service department. Would never use this company again.
