Everything! I could not order online as it only worked in chrome not IE, billing page froze multiple times, then I was told (politely) to just try again.. eventually (6th) attempt I got the order through, but then the order was not dispatched, Chased up as no receipt of my gifts, and told postcode was not recognised - when was anyone going to tell me that proactively? You already had my money? Turns out I had put an O instead of a zero... rectified that and told dispatched on 19th Oct - STILL not there today 21st..... - and then one of my items was placed on back order as no longer available! I wouldn't mid but your head office is in WARKS where the dispatch address is, which is one reason why I have used you guys I the past as I live in Australia! I can only hope that a) the gifts eventually get there as I paid delivery to get them there by 16th for her birthday and 2 the back order arrives - not happy Jan ... hope you take this feedback on board, Thanks

Ordered 3personalised cosmetic purses absolute rubbish the front personalised cover velcros on and even the Velcro tabs are not straight can't be returned because they are personalised certainly won't be giving them as xmas presents will be putting them in bin would never use this company again

My goods have not arrived. Pretty box are very slow in getting back to me regarding what is going on. Matters are not helped by the fact that the only contact number they have is 0844 which is expensive to dial from land-line and mobile alike.

Delivery was fast, but I was very disappointed with the quality of the tin the pen & pencil came in. It was dented in the middle, wasn't able to close & looked unprofessional, cheap & unimpressive. Ended up ordering a better one elsewhere.

I thought the price was a bit high in the first place but had hoped the quality would make up for it, such a let down. The overall quality is very poor and it's not even dish washer safe and it was quite dirty on opening the packaging. I won't be using the site again or recommending to anyone.

Personalisation instructions of an item were misleading and ambiguous, item arrived wrong and very unhelpful/unempathetic team refused to accept that the fault of the may be theirs. Will not use again

I ordered a personalised pen for a really close work colleague. It arrived and I was so disappointed to see the engraving on it was incorrect. When I contacted you regarding this you informed me it was in fact my fault. The website allowed me to complete the sentence but then obviously chopped the last letter off. I was unable to give the gift to my friend and will not recommend your website to anyone. I think it's stupid you don't verify your orders. Especially personalised ones.

Prezzybox were unable to deliver the product they advertised which I ordered. They took payment then I had to wait for three days for a refund.

Prior to ordering my product, I wasn't told the order would take up to ten days to arrive! I was told 3-5 working days. Only after I placed the order, I was then told it can take up ten days - 3-5 in production and then 3-5 to despatch. I would not have ordered this had I known that as I needed this gift sooner! I then accepted the fact unfortunate it would be with me between 23rd-28th September and its now 1st October and I still don't have it! I've never ordered anything that's taken so long to arrive and doubt I will purchase off you again

i never received my order and still waiting..... update on my review: The 3rd party company did post the item on time. The courier couldn't find the address and sent the item back. Then i hear nothing. After sending an email and calling, a very nice customer service employee did help me and arranged for the item to be sent urgently. Sadly the item didn't arrive in time for the house warming party but they love it and from the pictures it does look great. But 1 star for the non delivery and lateness. but i would give full marks for the customer service and product in the end.
