I'll tell you what's wrong I still haven't received my parcel. I have sent to emails to you complaining and left time 4 days time for you and still had no reply from you I'm really unhappy about this!!

Despite ordering nine days before I needed the item, it took a ridiculous ten days to arrive, and I had to buy a replacement present at the last minute. When it did arrive it was dumped on my front door mat, in full view of the street. I would not use Prezziebox again not recommend it.

Christmas present ordered did not arrive. after a week I contact prezzie box by email as no one ever answered their customer service number. After 2 days I had an email to say my parcel had been damaged in the post so was delivered,(thanks for letting me know!) They asked if I wanted replacement or refund (think they should have automatically sent another rather than wasting time emailing!. I replied to email asking for refund. After another week I contacted them again as I have not received my refund. I am still waiting for it! My experience therefore is once you have paid that don't care about you as a customer. If I had not contacted them I would still be waiting for my gift to arrive. Very poor customer service! which I expect they will blame on being busy at xmas, but if you cannot provide the service or goods do not advertise you can! This is a busy time of year for all retailers! and I still do not have my money back yet!

It hasn't even arrived yet. No idea when it'll get here. 'Should be a few more days'. Money went out on time. Customer service takes ages to reply.

I purchased the jewellery stand, marble base, copper stand. It came with a chip in the marble, I cleaned the base of dirt, the stand looked cheap, mottled. Not something you want to give your wife as a stocking filler. It was in the skip in Bridgwater recycling that day. I will wrap the holders for the night lights I have bought, and hold by breath when she opens it. What a waste of time.

My parcel was marked as delivered yet I have not received it and have had no response to either of the two emails I sent asking about it.

The item turned up broken, it was only a £7 item so not worth the hassle of sending back... very disappointed as it was just before Christmas though

Took ages to arrive and when it did arrive it was broken! Too close to Christmas to send back and hope to receive a new one in time and for how much it cost. Really not satisfied with your service

Terrible !!! Gifts were supposed to be delivered by Saturday and they weren't even dispatched !! A week later and they are still not delivered !!!

Was really pleased with the wood photo box untill I came to put pictures in it and it fallen to pieces in my hand :( not a great Christmas present any more!
