It turned out that they didn't have the item after all and they cancelled the order without giving me the option to wait for it to come back into stock.

I ordered a product here for my brother. I ordered on 17 and it's 26 now I still haven't received it asked for a refund.was told it will be refunded they still haven't. They take money out from you account in a sec and take ages to give it back.disgusting!!! Never order from this scam website

I ordered 3 items and paid for next day delivery on 2 of them on the 18th of december. Not only were non of the items received on the 19th 2 of them have still not arrive. I also emailed prezzy box about this and got noe responce. Absolutly disgusted with this service and will never use it again

I accidentally put the wrong address on my order and immediately emailed to ask for it to be changed. The next morning I was informed it had been changed for me. A couple of days later the present arrived with me instead of the correct address. When I queried about this I got told the order had already left the warehouse before I emailed them.

First of all, 1 of 2 items was partially delivered until I complained. Secondly, I had to ring up for the 2nd item to be delivered as it was forgotten about.

Used Prezzybox tonsend a secret Santa gift directly to a friend. Concerned that my details would appear in the box, I emailed for advice. I quickly got a reply to say that only the invoice name would appear in the box, nothing else I duly filled in the invoice name with 'Secret Santa' Imagine my surprise when I received a message from my friend, thanking me for the gift. Confident that my name didn't appear anywhere, I feigned ignorance. My friend then pointed out that my name wasn't on the sender details, but my bloody address was! So thanks Prezzybox for ruining the secret.

Delivery time was fine but actual product (smartphone speaker) is flimsy, made of cardboard and categorically NOT worth the money paid, not even worth half!! disappointing and I was embarrassed to have given as a gift, so much so I gave her 20 quid money as well! Would not buy from this site again, expensive rubbish!!

Ordered a teapot bird feeder for my mum for Xmas, originally turned up with another item loose in a box with one piece of bubble wrap and unsurprisingly smashed to pieces. Replacement was sent out in good time however despite advising you of the poor packaging it turned up again still badly packaged and again smashed, however by this point- December 22nd- I gave up and requested a refund which will be sent soon, But no refund of P & P costs? Considering this was causing the issue seems a bit ridiculous that I have to pay for it.

The item I bought never arrived. I payed for next day delivery. I rung up a week later and was told they'd be in stock in the next day or two and would send them again with next day delivery. They still haven't arrived...

Ordered all my Xmas presents on 16/12. After numerous excuses on the tracking site, and an email promising them before Xmas, they still have not arrived. Absolutely deplorable. Refund required.

My order was not delivered for the dates specified, also I requested a change of delivery address due to this as I would not be able to accept the delivery after the date specified at the business address, this was not done and so now I have no xmas gift to give. Extremely disappointed and upset considering I ordered the gift on12th Dec, plenty of time before xmas.

Ordered on the 14th December no delivery yet and no communication. Pointless now as going to be too late for Christmas. Will never use again

I bought the product as a present and when it arrived the box was all damaged and of the chocolates broken. I would be embarrassed to give this as present. To me it looked like the box wasn't damaged in the post but if it was I believe I paid a decent amount of postage that this shouldn't have happened.
