“Ordered 1 week ago,Saturday 25th September, still have not received my order which did say it would be delivered between 30th September and 2nd October. Have not received any information regarding a delay.”

“Bought a tour for Chilford Hall vineyard including lunch for a birthday present next week but to say the least disappointed to discover the tours had already finished for the season and next ones will be Easter 2022! Worse, Chilford had told you the tours had ended for the season so why are you still selling them??”

“Brilliant gift, very quick delivery. Just one point , there wasn’t a name on the envelope, just our address. The gift was a surprise for my husband fir Christmas & I was very lucky that he didn’t open it when the post arrived!!”

“Very pleased with my order. I'm disabled and housebound so have to buy everything (I mean everything) online. Every item is boxed, nothing loose or in cellophane. This will make wrapping everything a darn sight easier to gift wrap. Nothing seems cheap/tacky so I know I'll be doing all my present shopping right here. One of the edible items has a best before date 27th October 2021 - when I rang to mention it, the very kind and helpful lady told me that a new batch is due to be delivered in a couple of weeks - and a new pack will be sent to me then. Very very happy with every part of the company that I've had contact with.”
