“Lovely gift bought for a friend but not impressed by the amount of packaging for a small item, I thought I had received a Xmas tree when the parcel arrived not a poster. Really not acceptable amount of waste in this day. Would put me off buying from this company again.”

“Although the present I ordered arrived faulty, the customer support team got back about it in no time and I had a replacement at my door 2 days after. However, this replacement was also faulty. So I am in the process of getting a refund which the customer support team offered. So the present wasn't the best, however the customer support team was great. Thanks”

“The service was brilliant, they answered any queries I had before my purchase. The books came really quickly and the content of them is sweet. However the speech marks were backwards at the start of every sentence which was why I knocked a star off! But overall I'm pleased.”

“Lots of quirky little gifts on this site. I used it for a secret Santa purchase. Delivery was very quick. The only negative is that my parcel had clearly been caught in the rain somewhere along the delivery and was soaked right through. Luckily the item inside was small and wasn’t affected”
