“Ordering was simple, I ordered 2 items, one came in the post before the due delivery date. The second item arrived on time and was delivered by delivery lady. The box was far too big for the item and there was no packaging inside, the box was already open, fortunately the item was not damaged. So ordering and quality of goods was fine but packaging was poor.”

“I am very happy with the goods and service i received from you,however i did not expect the package to be left in my back garden open to the elements and possible theft.I can only guess you use Hermes for your deliveries as they have used this method before.I would think twice about ordering from you again if you continue with this courier!”

Hello Mark Thank you for making us aware of the issue you have experienced with Hermes. We will be investigating this with Hermes. We do use other courier services (Yodel and DPD) and you can request this with us directly when placing an order. Thank you for your 4 star review.

“Great collection only let down is the choice of courier service myhermes are unprofessional and unreliable. I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered since Tuesday. Everyday myhermes update my tracking info with address queries, I answer these queries over and over again. At this rate I'm going to be getting my parcel after my girlfriends birthday so I am not happy, I would rate prezzy box 5stars if they used a different courier service however.”

“Great and fast service! I picked next day delivery for my purchase and had real time updates for the process. Uppn receipt of delivery, I found the packages safely wrapped and protected with bubblewrap. Overall good, I would buy from the website again.”
