“Received my fiancès lighter a day late. Not Prezzybox's fault. Prezzybox called me explaining why I had not received it on time.. Assured me I would receive it by Friday. I did. Excellent customer service.”

“Quick service. My parcel was tracked throughout the delivery process. Only concern was the packaging. Not hardback books and they could have become damaged in cardboard packaging as loose in the box. Put of packing material would have been good to stop the books sliding around.”

“Prompt reliable service can't fault the speed from order to delivery in less than a week however found one item nearly £10 cheaper and the other a couple of pounds cheaper on another site. My own fault for not checking first and impulse buying. I Will definitely think twice before ordering from here again only because of the mark up.”
