“Very, very impressed with the service. The Friendship Calendar I ordered for a very good friend arrived this morning and the turnaround was excellent. It is a really beautiful item and can be used every year. The quotes each day are so lovely and I know that this will be something my very dear friend will cherish for years to come.”

“I was most disappointed that the postman had left my delivery out in the rain. No note was put through the door to say it had been delivered. I opened it and everything was ruined!!! I contacted Prezzybox and they have [promised a full refund”

“Beyond disappointed with Prezzybox. Placed an order which was for a football stadium tour e-voucher. I would have thought it would be instant delivery but the email said it would be sent the following day. 5 days later and a phone call to Prezzybox, I am still without the evoucher AND to make matters worse, didn't have the voucher to give as a birthday present to give my son. So disapponted - I'll not use Prezzybox again.”
