“I was most disappointed that the postman had left my delivery out in the rain. No note was put through the door to say it had been delivered. I opened it and everything was ruined!!! I contacted Prezzybox and they have [promised a full refund”

“Beyond disappointed with Prezzybox. Placed an order which was for a football stadium tour e-voucher. I would have thought it would be instant delivery but the email said it would be sent the following day. 5 days later and a phone call to Prezzybox, I am still without the evoucher AND to make matters worse, didn't have the voucher to give as a birthday present to give my son. So disapponted - I'll not use Prezzybox again.”

“Item I wanted was out of stock Didn’t want to wait for if and when it was back in But noticed a couple of days later it was indeed back in! Ordered 2 for 8&9 yr old grand sons Got it a couple of days later! Thrilled as it was the perfect presents for them Can’t stop buying stuff from them So gorgeous!’”
