“I bought a E-202 XL Black cartridge. Initially, a small amount of ink leaked as I was removing the packaging. The prints produced were of poor quality, so I cleaned the head using the printer function, but the output remains shoddy and streaky. I shall return to using slightly the more expensive cartiridges I have used with no problem until now.”

“I purchased the wrong cartridges for my printer and contacted the company via their chat. They told me they would get the right cartridges to me and then arrange return of the wrong ones. After over a month of hearing nothing I tried to contact them again several times via chat and eamil over the last year. I heard nothing and finally gave up.”
