“I cant give less than 1 so i have to give at least one star, they will chrage nearly £5 for next day delivery but you will never get one, there courier will take the parcel some where else and post a note on the website, no one available to sign. when you look at the picture its not your house or any neighboring property but some industrial site. you email them for delivery refund, No Reply you ask for VAT Receipt No reply. will never deal with them.”

“I have used Printer Ink Direct on a number of occasions without any problems, however the last purchase will not work in my Epsom 235, I have noticed the packaging and the cartriges them selves were not the usual ones so I dont know if this has anything to do with the fact I cannot get them to work. I have never had a problem with previous cartriges so giving a low star rating would be unfair but the item wont work”
