“I ordered printer inks, on 14th November 2021, for my Pixma Canon IP3600, and ordered 'Compatible Canon Pixma MG5350 Printer Ink Cartridge Multipack' that does not appear compatible. The message on my PC, read, the ink cartridges are not recognised, please install correctly, or, not compatible. If you could supply me with a postal address, I can send it back, and if you would exchange them, for compatible inks.”

“Your website says the compatible cartridges are guaranteed to not affect my printer's warranty. But when my printer started showing an error I contacted Cannon and they would not cover it as compatible inks were used in the printer. The brand new printer is now junk. I have messaged you about this but no response.”

“Absolutely shocking. Avoid. I have complained and tried to contact this company multiple times as my printer cartridge is of very poor quality. I have received no response to emails and contacting the company via the website. This leaves me out of pocket for a poor quality cartridge and very frustrated by the terrible customer service. Would NOT use again.”
