“Shocking company. Total inability to respond to customers. Charged me for next day expedited delivery and it was over a week late, then the cartridges were faulty!!!! Zero response from company re refunding the £4.99 next day delivery charge, or to return the items. Avoid”

“Very disappointed with the lack of communication. I ordered the cartridge on the 14th of November and received it on the 10th of December! No reply to my messages asking what happened to the cartridge (1-week delivery top, it claimed), and I am so annoyed because I wanted to buy from an independent business but it is not worth it. Please improve your customer service!! No problem with the ink quality.”

“I received order confirmation on 5th December on a 3 to 5 day delivery. Still nothing and hard to get hold of anyone let alone the Post Office tracking. It is worth going out, even in the cold to ensure you get what you want in a timely fashion.”

“Still haven't arrived! Despite ordering a week ago and paying extra for next day delivery, I'm still waiting for my order. Contacted customer services on day 3 and got no reply. Don't know if issue is with them or courier, but in the meantime I've had to reorder from a different supplier. Hopefully arrives one day, who knows!”
