“I have sent you three emails to say that the ink cartridges for my Epsom XP-322 printer are not the right ones. The black cartridge is too big so doesn't fit and the coloured ones are incompatible so my printer won't accept them. I have asked your company how I can return them to you but up to now have received no reply and then you have gone and asked me to give you a review... Priceless!!!”

“NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, YOU CAN NOT GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM EITHER! THE INKS I HAVE PURCHASED DO NOT WORK ON MY PRINTER, DESPITE THEM BEING "100% COMPATIBLE" AS PER THEIR WEBSITE. I HAVE TRIED EMAILING, CALLING THEIR VIRTUAL OFFICE AND NOTHING! COMPLETE WASTE OF £169! I WISHED I HAD READ REVIEWS FROM OTHER PEOPLE... AVOID AVOID AVOID!!”

“I placed an order for ink cartridges, they sent me the wrong ones. I now can't use my printer for business use as no one seems to want to answer any emails or live chat. They are quick to take an order and money and they fulfilled quickly, but not in rectifying their mistakes. Wouldn't use them again after very poor service received.”
