“First time i've used Printer Ink Direct, my order was incomplete as I was sent different ink packs to those ordered that excluded grey cartridges. Not a problem I thought, just advise the company to send me the missing cartridges. After two emails i've have no response hence my low score”

“Ordering and delivery were no problem. However, I determined that my printer is unrepairable and wanted to return the ink cartridges. The returns procedure is terrible. You have to email them to get a returns address label. I have done this 3 times and also filled in their 'contact us' form on the website but they have not replied. My first email was 9 days ago and still no reply Customer service is nonexistent”

“It’s the second time I ordered from here, ink arrived quickly, but now when I changed the cartridge, my prints come out with white streaks. I’ve done all the troubleshooting, contacted Canon customer service and was told not using genuine ink can cause such issues. So now I either get it repaired for £30, or get a new printer. Not happy and will not be using this/any other company for not genuine ink for sure.”
