Great at taking my order and money, and to be fair they delivered it quickly but my HP printer won’t work with these inks (or at least the ones I received) and I’ve tried contacting (3 emails and even the chat system) and nothing back to help….shame there’s no contact number too! I’m now stuck with ink I can’t use and and they still haven’t come back to me for help or returns…not happy at all.

Purchased this item for my printer. The black cartridge leaked, the ink went inside my printer. After cleaning inside it failed to print, going through the motions but not printing and has not worked since. You asked for a photo which I sent and have not heard since.

Unfortunately this company should only be used if you are 100% sure the product is absolutely correct for your printer. The reason for this is because the company do not respond to customer messages. So if there are any issues, they will not resolve them for you. Whether that is to return, receive a refund or just ask a question.

Ordered on February 20th. Finally received my order on March 20th. I tried several times to get in contact with the company through email and their chat function and did not receive a reply to any of my messages. I had to order cartridges from a different company, which arrived in 3 days, because I needed some for my printer.

The toner did not fit my Brother printer. i asked to return it and used the online contact form and e mail. no reply . i then saw on trustpilot that this is normal for this company. there is ZERO customer support. Even going through pay pal resulted in me getting another of the same wrong toner. i have even tried to ask how to return the two toners. NO REPLY. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I typed an email out 5 days ago and still have not received a response. Here is what I typed: “ My ink got delivered today and I extremely disappointed in your product. It all started off when I opened the package. As I opened the ink it exploded all over my hands and now I have black ink stuck to my skin. Secondly, when I installed it into my printer everything looked great until I attempted to print something… the ink doesn’t even work!!! I attempted printing 5 times and all I got was a blank piece of paper. I ran tests on my HP printer and multiple times it said the cartridge was okay however it clearly wasn’t. On one occasion I got a messaging saying “this ink is for an older version of the printer” however on your website you advertise as “LATEST VERSION”. I am extremely disappointed and enraged actually. I hope something can be done to resolve this.”

Order not dispatched, chased a number of times, no response to any emails (still). Had to find another supplier and order through them. Randomly got a dispatch email weeks later to confirm the order has been dispatched and then it arrived as expected the following day. Would return the item but lets be honest, we wont get any money back so we may aswell keep hold of the toner. First order from this company went really well, this second order couldn't have been worse. If anyone does consider ordering with them then definitely pay PayPal so you can open a case with them when it goes wrong.

I have e mail you five or six times saying I had ordered the wrong cartridge customer reference 1059569 and would like a refund and a return label can you sort this out ASAP

Delivery was ridiculously slow. I ordered two cartridges on 22 Feb and they were delivered on 20 March. No information to indicate they were out of stock. I chased after two weeks to ask why my order had not been delivered and received no reply. Overall, pretty useless service.

I purchased some ink for my epson printer, despite them saying it would be compatible with printer. My printer it not accepting the ink I have tried to get in contact with printer ink direct but no one is replying to my email. There's no customer service number. I am very let down.
