They have no customer service online or telephone. They don’t even have an address anymore and the products are faulty. The return policy says you have to CALL them before you can return anything, yet there is no working phone number! Two days after delivery PayPal refunded me and now this company has sent me this link for a review!!!!

Please do not waste your time and money to purchase anything off this website. It is a total scam. I have been trying to get in touch with them regarding my order for which they have already charged me and it's been over 3 weeks and no one has the courtesy to respond even once.

The cartridges I ordered had one faulty Magenta cartridge so I submitted a request form for the customer service team to offer some advice. The customer service team did not even reply to my request! In the end, I went to another company and purchased a Magenta cartridge which worked perfectly. So, if you buy from Printer Ink Direct, you will get a cheap product with no support!

Dreadful. Do not buy from here. Wrong ink cartridge sent and no reply from anyone to sort it out despite repeated emails and so called, 'Live chat'.

This ink cartridges say they are compatible with an Epson XP342, however they are Not good quality whatsoever, the ink has run all over the page when printing and the prints are stripy with the colour not integrating at all. I had to go to Asda and source actual proper cartridges. Very bad experience indeed

Received toner cartridges - compatible with my printer - installed and just get an error message. Went on their online chat - completely ignored the conversation - left it live for over 4 hours Sent email 2 days ago - still no reply Bad products and bad customer service Will be raising through PayPal and never using again Stay clear

Great at taking my order and money, and to be fair they delivered it quickly but my HP printer won’t work with these inks (or at least the ones I received) and I’ve tried contacting (3 emails and even the chat system) and nothing back to help….shame there’s no contact number too! I’m now stuck with ink I can’t use and and they still haven’t come back to me for help or returns…not happy at all.

Purchased this item for my printer. The black cartridge leaked, the ink went inside my printer. After cleaning inside it failed to print, going through the motions but not printing and has not worked since. You asked for a photo which I sent and have not heard since.

Unfortunately this company should only be used if you are 100% sure the product is absolutely correct for your printer. The reason for this is because the company do not respond to customer messages. So if there are any issues, they will not resolve them for you. Whether that is to return, receive a refund or just ask a question.

Ordered on February 20th. Finally received my order on March 20th. I tried several times to get in contact with the company through email and their chat function and did not receive a reply to any of my messages. I had to order cartridges from a different company, which arrived in 3 days, because I needed some for my printer.

The toner did not fit my Brother printer. i asked to return it and used the online contact form and e mail. no reply . i then saw on trustpilot that this is normal for this company. there is ZERO customer support. Even going through pay pal resulted in me getting another of the same wrong toner. i have even tried to ask how to return the two toners. NO REPLY. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS!
