“Ordered ink which tool three weeks to arrive even though on the website it said 3 days. Had to order from another supplier as was desperate for ink that arrived two days later! I tried to cancel my order with Printer Ink Direct via telephone and sent two emails to cancel order to no avail. Wouldn’t order again from them.”
