“Orderd on a Tuesday with a 1-3 day delivery or despatch time. Over a week later after a few emails sent no response. Tried the live chat and that just stayed blank for an hour. Opened up a case with PayPal and guess what got an email the day after saying my item had been dispatched. Item arrived two days later I posted the item back to sender as I had brought form another company that posted the same day and received the day after. Would definitely not used again”

“There is absolutely NO customer service with this company. I have emailed, messaged via their website and have used their "instant chat" service no less than 10 times over 2 weeks. Nobody's home and nobody's interested. So I have a faulty cartridge and will have to buy again from somewhere else leaving me out of pocket!! Buyer Beware - it will cost you twice if you purchase from these "cowboys"!”
