“I was told 3 working days to deliver, not so 10 days later I complained but guess what it was on the way. The problem was I was on the way too, on holiday I still don't know if it arrived, is it on my doorstep getting wet or stolen? I did ask for them not to send it but never got a reply.”

“Hi first off I ordered Printerinkdirect Everyday Premium (A4) Paper 75g/m2 500 Sheets (White) × 1 Along with some ink the order was placed on the 2nd oct and arrived on the 14th oct hardly 1-3 days as advertised the main issue is that I ordered everyday premium a4 paper white for a reason,that is,that my printer does not work well with any other type so to receive new future laser paper is not what I ordered. I emailed printer ink direct and asked for a returns label as I wanted a refund so far I've had no respond. I cannot recommend this company.”

“Their paper is priced extortionately and appears to be to trick you into believing it's a box of paper instead of a pack. I've tried to send the paper back to get a refund and they've ignored my emails. I've had to raise a dispute with PayPal. Avoid like the plague.”

“I placed my order on 12/9 for inks and paid for the 1-3 days delivery option. When it hadn't arrived 10 days later I emailed asking for an update and got no response. I contacted them again 2 days later and still didn't receive a response. On 6/10 I raised a complaint with my bank after finding the Printer Ink Direct Facebook page and finding many people having the same issue and concluding that this must be a scam company. After calling the bank, I also commented on the page about my experience and that I had raised a complaint with the bank to get my money back. The next day I had a response from Printer Ink Direct telling me they would send the ink! I have obviously purchased ink elsewhere now and would not recommend this company. Their customer service is non existent, and I'm certain that, had I not contacted my bank, I would have been scammed out of the money entirely.”
