“Not recommended. Defective products and the after service/customer service is non-existent. The toner cartridge I received doesn't work - it causes my printer to stop halfway through the print process. The printer works fine with the tiny amount of toner left in the original cartridge. Printer Ink Direct ignore all emails sent via their email which states "Reply to this email if you have a problem". (Which also has a "Do not reply to this email" warning on it!). They also ignore emails sent to their sales email address. They will take your money, send you something that doesn't work and then subsequently ignore you.”

“Inks arrived but unfortunately didn't work. The chip contacts don't seem to match printer. When I finally got through to support they sent replacements - none of which worked. Requested refund and now radio silence. Looking at other reviews this see.s to be a frequent occurrence.”

I've sent multiple messages through their contact us page, as well as email and the online chat tool - with no response. At this stage, my only recourse is to complete a charge-back through my credit card company. Truly terrible service”
