“Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 working days, a week went by without the cartridges being received, chased twice using the Contact Us form and received no response. Eventually received the cartridges 13 days after ordering by which point I had already received a refund from Paypal. The Yellow cartridge was also not recognised by my printer so not a good experience all round and will not use again.”

I tried to contact the company through their website and by email with no reply. I eventually sent the unopened packets of ink back to the company but they have neither refunded my payment nor acknowledged my letter in any way. COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY>”
