“Goods arrived very promptly as ordered but multiple e-mails over three weeks, just to request a VAT invoice for my order, have all been ignored EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - not one single reply to any e-mails This is very disappointing as there are multiple companies out there that are all too happy to take your order, but when it comes to after-sales service, it is non-existant”
