“The time it took you to deliver this small order (15 days) is not something you should be proud of. Being unable to contact you by phone is another reason for a negative appraisal. You cannot expect anybody who wants to talk to you to travel to Glasgow.”

“Really upset that it has come to writing a poor review. I ordered photo paper for my Father in law, wrong item sent. As no phone number to get in touch with anyone at all, over the past 2-3 weeks I have sent multiple emails, messages, tried to contact company through "contact us" but no response at all. Just very disappointed.”
