“Great customer service! Turned out one of my item I ordered online was out of stock but someone contacted me immediately and offered alternative. Picked up in store and was helped by a friendly staff member.”

“I am really happy with the clothing that I received however several items were missing and I was not contacted about it in advance which was a bit disappointing as I do not know the reason they were not shipped and if given the option I would have ordered other items.”

“I ordered two pairs of matching pyjamas and agreed to the return policy. Half my order was filled and refund was issued for other half because store had wrong inventory. This was frustrating because I couldn't get a refund nor both of the items that I wanted. I am not in support of the return policy.”
