I cannot rate as I have not yet received my order yet, And the tracking Does not tell me where it is.

This review is two-fold: The good- the quality of Sleep by Priv. I purchased these as gifts, and material is like no other I have ever felt. And then the bad- I have requested a return/exchange with Priv as they sent me the incorrect size (ordered a medium, they sent me a large), it has been 13 days since requesting this, and I have not heard a word from Priv and the return request still says "pending". After waiting a week for a response on my initial request, I sent Priv a message through their website, it has now been 6 days, and again, I have had no response from Priv. I am just very frustrated with their lack of customer service and communication.

My order was refunded and I did not receive notification of why/no one reached out when I asked what happened

This is my first order from Privilege and I am very disappointed. Nearly 3 weeks ago I ordered several things for a trip this coming weekend. I have been checking my mail regularly and it still has not arrived. I have received no notifications from Privilege and just logged into my account to see the status is "Awaiting Fulfilment" The fact that it still has not shipped and they did not get in touch with me is very disappointing. I would not recommend and will be seeing if I can cancel my order. Terrible service.

It wasn't good at all. I still don't have it. It's actually still "waiting fulfillment" even though I placed my order over a week ago. There have been no emails, no updates, and no contact from the store. Even if you're overwhelmed with orders, you could at least reach out to your customers and tell them about the delay. I also had issues with the payment when I was purchasing which took forever to work. I'm so disappointed, I am a first time customer and wanted to support a more local store but not worth the hassle/slowness.

My order was placed on a Sunday . I received a email Tuesday stating I was refunded for the full amount and my order was canceled . No explanation as to why . I can only assume it is because it was out of stock and not updated on website .
