Was promised a refund for shipping and did not receive it. Half of my order was oversold and couldn’t be fulfilled

Normally I have good experiences with your store but this time after purchasing shoes online, I was called 3 days later to say they were unavailable. So a refund was issued (still waiting for the actual credit though I was notified it was processed) and no product :(. The employee that called was very nice, just super disappointed to not get what was ordered.

I ordered two pairs of matching pyjamas and agreed to the return policy. Half my order was filled and refund was issued for other half because store had wrong inventory. This was frustrating because I couldn't get a refund nor both of the items that I wanted. I am not in support of the return policy.

I ordered this jacket... Then a day later I was issued a refund by pay pal with zero communication from the store. I was disappointed.

I waited 3 days for someone to get back to me on whether or not an item was in stock. never got a answer til a week later when I ordered it online and was eventually told it wasn’t available. while I waited another store that had it sold out the day I tried to get it there. Should have ordered with them first.

Very disappointed the security tab was left on. The whole point of ordering online is so you don’t need to go to the store. Looks like I have to go now

I haven’t received my order yet or notification that’s it’s ready and have emailed and sent a message with no reply!! when I check it’s still waiting fullfillment .... would love an update as it’s a gift for a birthday coming up very soon! Thanks!

I have not received my order till now. When I purchased order, it said could be picked up in store within 1-3 days. However, it has been already 1 week and I never received any pickup email.

I can’t rate my order as I have yet to receive my order, and the tracking number I was provided doesn’t work. And after charging my credit card for the full order I was notified several days later that half my order couldn’t be fulfilled. Now I’m waiting for a refund. Now I’m asked to rate my original order? Firstly I won’t be receiving my original order as it can’t be fulfilled & secondly the items that were shipped are nowhere to be found!
