“Fast shipping, and good sales, but sizing can be off. I am normally a medium at most stores and I have ordered large in some items and I can't even do them up. Not cool. Makes it hard to order online.”

“The sports bra I ordered is so nice and compact and soft. Sizing is fairly true to size, slightly tighter than my current ones. PJs are so soft I can’t wait to wear them. I did have two items in my order that were refunded with no reasoning in the email which is unfortunate it happens I would just like to know why.”

“I love my actual pieces & customer service via phone was great. However, apparently due to inventory issues several of my pieces were refunded. When I went back to the site it still showed those same items as available. This was my first Privilege online purchase so I hope the disorganization was due to Black Friday.”
