“As soon as I called and spoke to Nikki, I knew we were onto a winner! Promo Products are not to be underestimated and are kicking absolute goals with service and products. The whole process was straight forward, and I was pleasantly surprised at the clear instructions of stages for design and payment, I liked that a lot! He was incredibly helpful from the start, providing clear product details, mock-ups, and quotes. The mock-up was easy to review, and we placed our order quickly to allow time for production. Even with a fast turnaround, the team handled everything smoothly, confirming the order and sharing tracking details promptly.
