“It was an absolute pleasure working with Nikki Grace for our order! She made the entire process completely hassle and worry free, which was a huge relief since I'm based in Singapore and needed urgent procurement of several items; and for them to be packed in various combinations, and shipped separately to Sydney and Melbourne. Nikki was so patient and thoughtful throughout every step of the process, and always prompt in all our correspondences. She kept me updated until everything was safely delivered. And we LOVED our items! It felt like Christmas morning opening our packages and seeing the items! We also initially wanted some different items like the Lamy and Subiaco Pens, and the Fressko Reusable Cups, but they weren't available in time. However, the alternatives Nikki suggested - Kilkenny and Thomas Pens, and especially their Kona Travel cup - turned out even better than we expected! All these items still had a premium look and feel, and our branding looked really polished on them. We also ordered Pull Up Banners and Bow Banner Flags. Printing was immaculate, and everything arrived neatly packed. A HUGE THANK YOU once again, Nikki, for all your amazing. I'm already looking forward to our next order when we're ready for a resupply (hopefully without such crazy timelines). Till then, all my best to you and your team!”

“From the moment I contacted Promotion Products, Nipun was eager to help me with my request. We wanted keyrings for a family reunion. We gave them the design for one side and wording for the other. The following day, the team had a proof for me, I wanted a couple of things changed, and the very next day they had the finished proof for us to view, noting was to much trouble. Even after us organising a payment, and start date which we went over by about 6 weeks, Nipun was still eager to do his best for us, once payment and the order went through , they were manufactured and delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. They were a pleasure to deal with.”
