“We recently worked with Joel and his team on a custom polo shirt for our 25-year anniversary, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We had some challenging questions along the way, and I had to go back and forth with management, who had their own ideas and expectations. On top of that, we needed a wide range of sizes to cater for our 250 team members. Despite the complexity, nothing was too hard for Joel and his team. They were patient, responsive, and always willing to find a solution. The end result was a high-quality polo that our entire team was proud to wear. We’re really grateful for their professionalism and flexibility and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.”

“We’ve worked with Promotion Products for several years now, and once again, they delivered exactly what we needed. This time, it was 1,000 beautifully branded Hatch Embroidery calico bags for our recent Craft Show. A big shoutout to our account manager, Nipun De Silva, who turned the order around with impressive speed and kept communication smooth and professional from start to finish. The bags arrived right on time, and the quality was just as excellent and consistent as it has been in previous years. Reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. We highly recommend them.”

“first time experience working with Promotinal Products with henrique, great customer service , very goog communication regarding the marketing and branding of the product, firnal product looks great, on reflection we will get a bigger label on the next order to stand out more.But happy with the overall Product we oredered. The delivery & Logistal side ot the water despatch was a bit confusing and it took some operational correspondence to get this right, so we need to be alot more attention to detail regarding the delivery and who is delvering the product,nothing that cant be sorted out before the next order. We have our order for the event and appreciatte henrique and Promotioinal products for their great service.”

“I am so happy with the beautiful wooden keyrings we ordered via Promotion Products. The whole process was so simple and the quality of the items superb, right down to having our logo etched into each one. I would really like to thank Nikki Grace who is amazing!!! Nikki was so patient and worked with me to find the perfect solution. This included discussing the right look, logo positioning and the price point. Nikki went above and beyond in every aspect.
