“Great selection of products available. All items we have purchased have been good quality and arrived in a very timely manner. Thanks to Henrique (Riki) who finds solutions to all our requests (and challenges for unusual items). Ordering process is very easy and quick responses at all times. Highly recommend the service Riki and the Promotions team provides. We are a regular return customer and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Promotion Products to anyone.”

“What an amazing company. They made the process so easy. They knew exactly how I wanted my design and I didn’t have to pay until it was all approved. The process was straight forward, filling in forms online and then they called me to talk it through. So reassuring knowing it’s real people in an Australian company. The online ordering process was simple and straightforward, and I was particularly impressed with how easily the team handled our shipping requirements. They split our order between WA and NSW without any complications, which made things so much easier on our end. Lauren was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She guided us through the process, answered all of our questions promptly, and made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
