“We recently worked with Rachelle and team for merchandise and promotional items for a trade conference, and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. Their commitment to assisting throughout the entire process was outstanding — from providing creative merchandising ideas and prompt quotations, through to delivery within very tight timeframes. Communication was always professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. What impressed us most was their willingness to go above and beyond when an issue arose with some products. They worked quickly under tight constraints to organise replacement items and ensure everything was resolved before our event. We truly appreciated the support, dedication, and level of customer service provided by the whole team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service and products.”

“My experience working with Promotion Products was amazing, and it was all thanks to Nipun. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire ordering process, very responsive, and extremely diligent with every detail. This is the second time I’ve worked with him, and once again he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Nipun is honestly one of the best people I’ve dealt with, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my next order. Highly recommend both Nipun and the team at Promotion Products!”
