“Our company has been working with Promotion Products for years, and so have our 90 franchisees. We regularly order our event and everyday merchandise through them and have only ever heard great feedback. We just send them links to the merch they want from their website, request preferences for colour, quantity, and send it over to our amazing account manager Joel. Our most recent order was for one of our franchisees who only had three weeks before their event, and within that deadline we had to go through artwork creation to product selection, mockups, approvals, production, and delivery... and PP absolutely delivered! Our franchisee ordered 100 units each of cups, pens, bags, and notebooks, and it all arrived right on time - our franchisee was very happy with the output! HUGE thanks to Joel for making it happen within such a tight deadline. Absolute legend! :D”

“We bought merch for our small not-for-profit, and we were very happy with the products - key ring torches, bags, pens and sticky note pads. The ordering process was easy with support from Joel, who helped us with an NFP discount and made sure our order was processed quickly ready for an upcoming event. We liked the eco friendly product options. We will definately use Promotion Products again.”

“Lauren was a pleasure to work with when ordering seed bookmarks for our event. They were incredibly helpful, clearly explained the available varieties, and made sure our order arrived on time. “What a great experience from start to finish with this company. My first time dealing with Danielle, she was speedy, effiecient & such an ease to work with. I came in with needing Brand EW promo products STAT. This was not a issue at all & Danielle made me feel super comfortable & assured me this would meet my expectations. It meet our needs & went beyond. The speed of production, dispatch to us receiveing for our EXPO was sensastional. We will be back in the future.”
