“Communication with Jade has been excellent - they have been quick to respond to all email communications and have called me only for urgent updates regarding my order. Promotion Products was able to provide me the quotes and mockups that I needed to get approval from my client, and the final order cost did not vary from the approved quote. We discussed the delivery timeline and the products were delivered well ahead of my deadline, granting me great peace of mind with planning my client's event. The final product (30ml SPF50 sunscreen with carabiner, with colour logo printing) looks exactly as pictured in the mockup and I am pleased with the quality. Overall I really appreciate Jade's communication, professionalism, and timeliness, and the quality and cost of the products offered and delivered, and will be looking to Promotion Products first and foremost for any future branded merch orders.”

“Morgan Tei will be the first person we will call for all future marketing product needs. Local product companies have been taking our business for granted. Delayed responses to our quote requests and little attempt to maintain a positive relationship have been bugging us for years. We just assumed the whole industry would be the same. Everything changed when Morgan responded to my first email in January. Always quick to respond, fair quotes, followed up on all orders through to delivery.
