“I understand that it is a door step loan but my agent just turns up as and when she likes for example one week it would be Thursday dinner time week after it would be Friday tea time, because I work shifts some kind of forward planning would be nice or at least a set day and time then I can make sure I’m in. Also I have found if I’m not in and she has to come back there is attitude as if I’ve put her out in some way ???”

“When I applied for a loan what I ended up with was completely different. This was decided before my application was given to the agents. Without going into too much personal detail, the agent arrived with 10% of what I actually asked for. The agent stated (as did their manager) that that's all I apparently requested. When looking back through the emails at no stage did it say I was being offered a lower amount then requested until I found an email attachment which had a much lower amount on. That said, the agent was fantastic, lovely and very helpful but I can't give more than three stars because I ended up with considerably less than I requested and I wasn't clearly informed about this until the agent arrived.”
