“Scam. Goods not delivered. No conatct from company. Money back from Credit Card company. What I don't understand is why the CC companies allow transactions with companies like this. Do they like refunding scammed customers ? Why don't the CC companies get them shut down and blacklisted for transactions ? Bizarre.”
“Placed an order in the first week of December and still haven't received anything (17/01/20) - I have emailed and filled out the online contact forms 3 times now but cannot get a response from the company.
I have opened a case with my bank to try and get a refund but in the meantime, I have found the Directors addresses on Companies House and will take the matter from there.

“Couldn’t email me fast enough to let me know that my order was ‘more than likely going to be delayed’ in the run up to Christmas. But over a month later, I still haven’t received my original order. I’ve mailed them twice asking for updates and funnily enough their ability to communicate seems to have completely crumbled.

“This company are claiming to be dormant at companies house, and yet are trading, which is illegal. Their accountant Selene Accounting, 1 Scott House, Cook Way, Bindon Road, Taunton, Somerset, England, TA2 6BG are complicit in this illegal activity. Currently Directed by Steven and Carol Holmes. I've contacted trading standards and HMRC to report them. They will, if found accountable, be prosecuted and may face jail time for fraud and other criminal activities. 2 weeks later and several emails later a person called Gina, lying through her teeth says my order will reach me by January the 14th 2020. It is now nearly two weeks later from that point and they are completely ignoring me ??
This is a company with no phone number and should you choose to email an automated reply saying they'll get back to you in 3 days ?

“Exactly the same as every other review on here. Absolutely terrible. Items not sent after waiting 6 weeks and having no replies to emails. I will hopefully receive a charge back from my bank, and recommend that everyone else who has been defrauded tries the same. Anyone reading this before ordering, then DON'T order!
By the way, websites like this and Trustpilot should allow a no star rating or a negative star rating, because a so called company like this does not even deserve 1 star”

Never received my order and tried emailing numerous times but I just receive an automated reply. You telephone and the recorded message asks you to email. No customer service whatsoever. ABSOLUTE SCAM. The company just takes your money and people are not receiving their goods. I won’t leave it there, I will take this matter further.”
“Atrocious company!! How are they still trading? Purchased 12 dishes in November, 11 arrived. They will not deal with problems by phone, I have repeatedly emailed them plus left messages on their website. No invoice/paperwork only my Visa transaction. If it was for me I probably would shrug and forget, but I am treasurer of a charity and this purchase was for them. I feel terrible that my paperwork records will not be correct.”

It is a dire company, ordered some knives for a gift on boxing day and 2 weeks later still no sign of them, despite them saying they would be delivered. Firms like this should not be allowed to continue trading. Going to have to contact Visa now and try and get my money refunded. Avoid like the plague!”
