“Good retailer, lots of choice. I would rate very good if oil burners availabilty was better, often oil burners are out of stock for months at a time, however this is true of a lot of wholesalers as there are a lot of people in the home fragrance buisness I guess x”

“This is my first order, although impressed with the dispatch time and delivery, the packing of my items was poor, some boxes were squashed. Greater care is needed otherwise these items are harder to re sell. Other than that the goods and prices are very reasonable.”

Hi Anita Thanks for the positive review. We do indeed supply some wholesalers, but prices should be very similar. It maybe that some have their own special offers from time to time, but remember that Puckator has a price guarantee, so we will match any on line price. “I am normally happy with both products and service. In this particular order there was one item ie style princess sticker album which turned out to be very small indeed and not what I had expected...so disappointed with this for the price...but generally this is an exception rather than a rule. Generally products are priced fairly and delivery is always quick...within a few working days.”

“Generally very pleased with the items although the clocks I ordered seem to have been used for padding the outside of the other items as the boxes were battered and broken although I think the clocks are okay I would have preferred the packaging to be in better order.”
