Hi Puckator overall your service is good, however I also use other wholesalers in the UK and I am paying more VAT ( on more or less the same amount spent) and carriage to you than the others so will unfortunatley try to order more from them than you. Also part of my order is missing I did not recieve x4 bottles of Frankincense Essencial oils the sum of 8 pounds ? which I have paid for. Hi Andria I will ask Customer Service to investigate the missing oils and get back to you ASAP. With regards the VAT and carriage, can you explain more in an email to me. If you have a Spanish VAT number, you do not have to pay VAT. This would be the same with all UK companies you buy from. If you prefer, you can buy directly from Puckator SL in Spain, then you can pay and reclaim Spanish VAT. Please let us know Regards Matthew

I have found the new boxes in which the oil burners come much better that the previous packaging. Whilst I was unaware of a free postal promotion giving away free postage on all orders over the bank holiday weekend. Perhaps something more visual on the website during these promotions may have helped me choose to alter my ordering date or at least able to plan for the delivery coming in later than usual. So my order was delayed due to the demand a quick call to the office to confirm they had recieved my order. Explained I was in a que and was being served in order. On an extremely positive note the delivery company that you use and their text notification service is an excellent asset to your business. I only wished all my suppliers used this service. I tables me to plan a delivery down to the hour, very very useful for reducing staff hours in uncertain times. Overhaul 9/10 well done. Gary so many lovely things...

I always have an issue with almost every order I place, this last order was no exception I had one item missing which was a very large item so surprised it was left out of my order and I had a few damaged items, apart from these regular damages I always receive replacement really quickly and any E mails I send are always answered promptly.

However, I am a little concerned that you are having an issue on some orders, this really isn't normal. Everything arrived in perfect condition however one item was missing and deapite of emailing I still haven't got anything back

Good first experience, a few damaged items arrived but with such a big order we expected a little it of something. So far so good will likely order again.

Service from DPD was very good, however the box that the goods arrived in was damaged and there are 6 x broken handles on the Jan Pashley Seaside Trays and 1 x dented tin that is out of shape and unusable.

Very good service arrived quickly and well packed the only thing I would say is that it would be better to put in smaller boxes as I only had one big box arrive and it was over weight because of the sand toys and the poor delivery guy hurt himself as he was handling it . I myself had to split it up to move it .
