Incompetence or scam? What a horrible shopping experience. In the modern, digital business setting it is surely incomprehensible to have an online store incapable or tracking inventory. With no customer service available you are forced to deal with a poorly programed bot. When you finally get through to a 'human' they are not prepared to deal with your issues. Avoid like the plague. These people are either utterly incompetent or plain and simple scammers - depending on their intent. I only wish I had read all of the other, terrible reviews before ordering.

Went to another city for a shopping trip and purchased a jumper from Pull&Bear. Wore the jumper once and after it’s first wash it fell apart! Contacted customer service via email and got no response, messaged them on Instagram and got told to bring it back to the store as because I’d purchased it in a store rather than online customer services couldn’t deal with the issue. Explained my “nearest” store was an hour and a half away so not practical to travel 60+ miles to return a jumper and their response didn’t even acknowledge this and just once again told me it had to be returned to a store! Absolutely shocking company, poor quality clothing and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Placed 2 orders, paid over a 100 pounds and received nothing. Costumer service are ignoring emails, chat via site and there is no option to call (well there is but directs you to email/ live chat which is s&@t.) have been waiting for 12 days for items and will delete review if someone from costumer services will actually contact me

Shopping online is a nightmare! 2 times I shopped online and never received the items in my house and the money going out of my account… Contacting the costumer service is a joke! I tried WhatsApp, email and even I live chat no answer! I’m really but really disappointed.

1 day passed return date and they would not budge. Small man syndrome I expect. Shame we used to like shopping there. Voting with feet.

I ordered online in good faith a hoodie for my friends daughters 16th birthday. It arrived, was pretty, was already well folded etc, so I left it alone and wrapped it. As she opened it I noticed a security tag on the back of the hoodie. Embarrassing on our part. There's no pull and bear shops here, so I had to drive it to a shopping centre where a lovely young lady from Next removed it for me. I drove all the way back to her house and gave it to her again. Really inconvenient for me. I emailed pull and bear and asked to be compensated the fuel for the embarrassment and inconvenience, I only expected £5 refund etc. Plus I had to take a load of photos to prove what had happened, which I did and attached to the email. Their first reply a week later, they wanted different photos, even though I took several from all angles including labels too. I couldn't get extra photos because she now had the top, then I was offered free postage. I replied I didn't want free postage, having no intention of ordering again from them, so I was offered 5% discount. (You Honestly couldn't make this stuff up!!) This is still ongoing after a month, and the purchase early August, and the first email was on August 18th. They take a week to reply to each one. So if you don't want to be ignored or you have any genuine issues STEER WELL CLEAR of pull and bear. I'm still waiting for a £5 refund. I'm not holding my breath, but I'm also not going to let it go either. It's now principal.

he worst webstore ever, Bough a jumper at pull&bear webstore on Aug 2021 - stained everywhere!! They refused a return unless I sent pictures - 4 in total - then apparently they needed more (fobbing me off) Eventually returned but guess what did nto issue refund despite tracking They promise my money back no longer than 15 days, but until now my money has not been returned.. I have complained many times with email, but no response.. Because of it We dont buy pull&bear products anymore!!” AVOID!!!!!!!!!

The worst webstore ever, my wife bought shoes at pull&bear webstore on 14 February 2021, and returned it on 16 February 2021, abd they received it on 20 February 2021 with confirmation return nunber : 103018591600, They promise my money back no longer than 15 days, but until now my money has not been returned.. I have complained many times with email, but no response.. Because of it We dont buy pull&bear products anymore!!

DO NOT BUY HERE! I have ordered a product. The money got taken from my bank account right away but the product never arrived. The parcel already doesn't exist anymore in the tracking system. They do not offer any solutions but instead answer with generic emails or answers in the chat. They ask to wait and that they will get back with more information but they never do. If a parcel gets lost, the customer normally gets the money refund or the product gets resend. They refuse to do either. Its been a month now and no help or any good customer service. It really feels like a proper scam!!!!!

Well this is a tale of incredibly bad customer service that seems to have no end - good or bad. I have ordered items before from this company and the quality was fair and postage, that took a while. My last order from far far away was a disaster, only half was posted and now after chasing and chasing and chasing they don’t have the other half in stock and want the top part back! No mention of the money I paid or what would be best for me, the customer. The rest is just teeth grindingly frustrating, the never ending cyclic emails where they don’t listen or inquire. Suffice to say I will never ever order again and will try and dodge the endless streams to marketing bombarding me...some of this capital should go into a revised customer service operation that is courteous and efficient. A sad tale indeed.

I have now given up trying to deal with my complaint through Pull & Bear, as their staff have proven dishonest, disorganised and, quite frankly, useless. I had a pair of £20 jeans for Christmas - the stitching came undone and I asked to return them. Over the course of trying to deal with this (and a complaint), I had to use their chat once, send 11 emails and call six times (most of which lasted over an hour). After six weeks of fighting, I eventually managed to return my jeans, but I am still waiting for my complaint to be resolved two months later. Time after time staff members promised me that I wouldn't have to waste any more of my life and that they'd take responsibility for my case, but each one proved themselves to be terrible at their job and a liar. I told Gloria I had lost all faith and she promised to call me back with an update; it didn't happen. I then spoke to Anna, who offered me a 5% discount code. I told her this wouldn't do, then she put me on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. I then spoke to Joanna, who promised me she took pride in her job, that she was different and that she'd keep me updated - she wasn't and did nothing. As the staff have no power and you can't speak to a "manager" or the team responsible for dealing with complaints, I sent an official complaint. I told them I wanted the staff to be dealt with and that I wanted some compensation in the form of a voucher for having wasted months of my time. After chasing multiple times, none of my concerns were answered and I got offered a 10% discount - I am not spending more money to receive compensation. Pull & Bear, without doubt, has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The staff are poorly trained, useless, unmotivated liars and management should be ashamed of themselves and their workers.

worst experience both on mobile application and official website, wasted my time twice trying to fill my basket with items that are marked available and when I go to check out they tell me that some items are out of stock and ask me to delete them to pursue to the payment while I re-checked on the website and they are still available. Try to fix your website to stop displaying items that are no longer available so we don't waste our time

worst experience I ever had with any of my online purchase. Firstly, one of my item from my order was cancelled after 8 days of my order confirmation and then the remaining items were dispatched after 13 days. I had to return few items from same order and after posting the return I was waiting 20 days and then I had to contact 4 times to inquire about my refund. one of the agent told me that the item was scanned at warehouse 2 weeks ago after I gave the proof of postage. My bad experience is not over yet, as when I was refunded PULL&BEAR refunded my items for less than what I paid for. the prices of the items are different in return emails from when I bought them. Could anyone believe this? Now I had to contact 5th time for the same order and not getting my refund because they are asking for proof of postage again. Is it possible that they had refunded me for my order without receiving it? Oooh very poor service

Hi, I just tried two times to online shop with little success. First time, my order was cancelled mysteriously after Black Friday and there was nothing to do about it but to order again (obviously the discounts were gone). Second time I waited for over a week until I asked what was going on. They told me that my order couldn’t be processed (AGAIN?!?) And that there was nothing to do but to order again which I will obviously NOT do

Never have wrote a bad review, but this is INTOLERATABLE... Have made my first order online, delivery for my order should take 5 days, I was waiting 3 weeks, were contacting the company through all chats, emails & ect - had NO ANSWER, NO EMAIL BACK, haven’t got any response back where is my order. Even NO TRACKING for my delivery. The customer service here is ABSOLUTE 0 & NOTHING... AWFUL! Had NO RESPONSE, but received my purchase after a month after placed my order. Now have requested a return & have send back my purchase. It was 2 weeks ago. Again, I am waiting for confirmation that they received my return, but AGAIN - NO CONFIRMATION, NO EMAIL BACK... When trying to contact them through chat - long waiting for the answer & it always expires, then turns off with NO ANSWER given. This company was one of my favourites few years ago, but I was always shopping in-store & never had any issues... But now I could say - STAY AWAY from P&B & DO NOT SHOP HERE, because it’s the most AWFUL shopping experience I ever had! THERE IS NO ANY RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER!!!
