“I’m so disappointed in puma this is third time I have ordered something from there and got 3 different delivery dates and this time my delivery date went from 10/29/21 to 11/01/21 to that date coming and going then it went to we’ll let you know when it’s on the way like wtf and the only way I get notified is if I check the site they don’t notify me and I was supposed to wear this particular outfit on my. birthday this past Sunday 10/31/2021 this is ridiculous I was a very strong supporter of puma now I’m going back to Nike unless something is done I will not continue to spend my money and not receive good service”

Tried calling their 1800 number, twice, left a message to be called back. That was 1 week ago.
Sent an email to follow up regarding the missing order. No response other than their auto-reply.
So far, customer experience sucks. No help, no response and no idea what is happening to my order. They gave us a 7-14 days delivery timeframe, it's been 16 days now, and no update regarding delay or anything.
I understand there might be a delay in delivery what I don't understand is the lack of communication and updates regarding progress of fulfillment.
If you're ordering online, don't waste your time. You get no help from them whatsoever.”

“I bought 2 pairs of Pumas off EBay , about an hour after I ordered I noticed the shipping address was wrong so I contacted Puma asking them to vorrrct the shipping r to cancel the order so I could correct and I was told that they could neither. They would not be change shipping address or allow me to cancel the order so the shoes I ordered are going to South Carolina while I live in New York and I’m just out that money , They are unwilling to assist in any way ,I called Corporate they told me same thing, Guess customer service is not on their priority list , apparently they don’t care about customer satisfaction , I will definitely not buy from Puma again which is a shame cause I like the style of their products but the terrible customer service and the money I’m losing is out weighing that ,”

“If I can give a negative star I would. Terrible customer service I have ever recieved from online shopping. I ordered two slides, mine fit perfectly, however I had to return my husband's one because it was tight. They received back the item over three weeks ago and still cannot process my refund. I have been calling several times and everytime is a different excuse I am getting. Its so unfair, they have the item back and my money while I am left without anything and a credit card bill to pay.”

“Absolutely appalling customer service! Order placed 28 Nov still not arrived. Lost in post. I am told I need to wait for the courier company to refund and will be refunded thereafter. Which company does that? The customer did not choose the courier you did so PUMA you sort your issues between yourselves and not penalise customer for it!!

“Would give zero stars if it wS an option. I am incredibly disappointed in Puma's customer service. I placed an order on 4/26 and have yet to receive it after receiving an email that it was shipped on 4/28. I have sent 2 emails to Customer Service with no response 2 weeks ago. I also was promised a credit by 2 representatives I chatted with and have not received that either. The last repesentative I chatted with was obvious she was getting agitated as she started typing me in all caps and she ended the conversation without asking if i had additonal questions. I will never purchase a Puma product again. I am sure more people would feel the same if they ever had to come in contact with those that represent this company.”
“I ordered a custom order from a well known website a whole day after I placed my Puma order. (which was almost a $200) WELL, my CUSTOM ORDER has shipped and Puma STILL has not even sent my "on its way" email. Contacted customer service and apparently, as of right now it takes 4 days (or more) just to put shoes in a box!”
