“I first came across this brand when I stayed in Penrith - it was in the hotel hathroom. I used the whole range, and fell in love with it! The shampoo leaves my hair silky smooth, and as for the hand and body lotion, well, it's simply the best hand cream I've ever used - and I've tried a lot! Highly recommend the lovely products, and also the company itself - everything is always packed beautifully, and delivered promptly. Thank you, and keep up the good work!”

“Fast delivery. reasonable prices and lovely selection of products. The smells are amazing. I first came across Pure Lakes in a bed and breakfast we stayed in at Windermere. I had to buy some in the shop. This is my second buy and i will try more smells in the future.”

“I sought your business out following a TV programme you were featured on. I have a holiday rental property in Far Sawrey, Ambleside and felt I would like to place your products in the cottage for my guests. Delighted with the products. Wonderful.”

“After spotting pure lakes products in the rest rooms at the honister slate mines, I couldn't wait to order. As we were on our hols I ordered the following day thinking it wouldn't be delivered until the following week.How wrong I was. It actually arrived at home before we did. It's an amazing product and I'll definitely be ordering again.”

“Lovely product, received my order very quickly. It was well packaged (but not over-packaged). I did not have to ‘open an account’ or ‘register’ to make my purchase which for me is important. I would use Pure Lakes again based on this experience.”

“A recent purchase wasn't the same as previous purchases due to ingredient variety (to my understanding). I was really disappointed as I like using this company as most of their products are vegan, eco responsible and local. I got in touch and Gareth was very helpful and keen to help me find something more suitable. Excellent customer service.”
